Therapy

Treatment always starts with a conversation first. The osteopath will not only ask about the complaints, he/she will also inquire about medical history and any other medical treatments. The osteopath will then draw up a clinical assessment: he/she will examine you manually and take other medical data into account. Only then will the osteopath decide whether or not to treat you. If not, he/she will refer you to your doctor. The treatment itself is based solely on gentle manual techniques. The osteopath never prescribes medicines and does not use invasive techniques (injections, surgery, ...). After treatment, the body needs time to respond to the techniques. Usually at least a week is waited between two treatments.
